Seal All Doors & Windows
You don't want water getting into your home, so it's a good idea to close and seal all doors, windows, and other openings. Double-check that everything is shut tight. We'll make sure that we check as well before we get started with the pressure washing. In addition to this, it's a good idea to remove screens from windows as well
Remove Potential Obstacles
In order to keep our pressure washing team safe during the house washing session, we ask that you take the proper precautions, such as removing potential obstacles that may get in our way. Please make sure that you remove hanging flower pots, sports equipment, toys, lawn furniture, and anything else that could cause issues. You'll be able to put them back almost immediately after we've finished.
Notify Your Neighbors
Your neighbors might be a little confused and concerned if they see our team working around your property and they aren't aware of our services. Let your neighbors know the date and time we'll be working on your home so that we can work undisturbed and so that you don't need to worry about concerned phone calls.
Keep Pets & Children Inside
Pressure washing equipment can be dangerous, which is why we take all the necessary steps to uphold safety during our sessions. We ask that you do your part and keep your children and pets indoors throughout the house washing. They'll be allowed to go outside again after we've finished.

We'll do our best to avoid disturbing you. However, in case there is an issue or an incident, it's a good idea for us to get in touch with you right away. Please provide the best method to contact you, especially if you will not be home during our cleaning. As we mentioned, we most likely won't need to bother you, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
